Booking, Rebooking, & Cancellations
At AK Bedliners, our goal is to deliver top‐notch work on every vehicle that comes through our doors. To help us serve you better and ensure fairness for all of our customers, please review the following terms and procedures before booking or rebooking your appointment.
Why We Have These Policies
Alaska’s rugged conditions and our specialized services mean that each appointment slot is carefully scheduled with the right crew, tools, and materials. Missed or late cancellations keep us from helping other customers and increase costs for everyone.
Scheduling & Deposits (If Applicable)
Appointment Scheduling: Choose either a vehicle drop‐off time or a specific service slot. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation via text or email.
Deposit Policy: A non‐refundable deposit may be required to secure your spot. This deposit is applied toward your final invoice.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
48‐Hour Cancellation Requirement
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to another customer.
If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up, we reserve the right to apply a late‐cancellation fee or retain your deposit (if one was collected).
No‐Show & Late Policy
No‐Shows: If you do not arrive (or do not drop your vehicle off) at your scheduled time and fail to contact us, you will be marked as a no‐show. Rebooking may require an additional deposit or fee.
Late Arrivals: Please call us if you’re running late. Arrivals more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time may need to be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Vehicle Drop‐Off
Drop‐Off Times: If you choose the drop‐off option, please arrive by 10 AM unless otherwise arranged.
What to Expect: We may need your vehicle for several hours (or longer, depending on service) and will notify you by text or call when your project is winding down, and when it’s ready for pickup.
Warranties & Liability
Spray‐On Bedliner Warranty: We stand behind our work. Please ask for specific warranty details at the time of service.
Personal Belongings: Remove all valuable items from your vehicle before drop‐off. AK Bedliners is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
